2. Actions We May Take

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. It must include:

• Your contact information
• Identification of the content that was removed and its previous location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was in error
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate legal authority
• Your physical or electronic signature

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

We may terminate accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, at our sole discretion.
